Schedule the date
We agree on a monthly scan day at your facility. We'll need a parking spot or loading area for the mobile lab — roughly the footprint of two parking spaces.
Custom booking page
Nomad provides a custom booking page for your gym. Members book their own 15-minute appointment slot directly. We handle confirmations and reminders.
Marketing assets
Digital flyers, social media graphics, and email templates — all included. We'll also promote the scan day on our own channels and tag your gym.
Scan day execution
We arrive, set up, and run scans at a rate of 4 per hour across a standard 6-hour day. Our certified technician walks every member through their results one-on-one.
Immediate results
Full DEXA report emailed directly: body fat percentage, lean muscle mass by region, visceral fat, bone density, and left-to-right muscle symmetry.

Frequently Asked Questions
What space does the mobile lab need?
A standard parking space or loading zone accessible to the mobile lab. We set up inside the vehicle — no space inside your gym is required.
How many members can be scanned in a day?
4 scans per hour. A standard 6-hour day accommodates 24 members. Additional hours can be added, up to 10 hours total.
Do members need to do anything to prepare?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. No food or intense exercise in the 3 hours before the scan. Full prep instructions are sent to every member when they book.
Can we offer scans more than once a month?
Yes. Some partner gyms run bi-monthly or weekly scan days depending on member volume. Contact us to discuss a schedule that works.
What does the gym pay?
Nothing — members pay per scan. We do ask that partner gyms promote the scan day through their own channels using the marketing assets we provide.
